At House of Restoration Spirituals, every physical product is prepared with care, purpose, and spiritual intention. Many of our offerings are handcrafted, spiritually worked, spelled, and consecrated specifically for our clients.

We appreciate your patience as we ensure that each order receives the attention it deserves.

Order Processing & Spiritual Preparation

Please allow up to 4 weeks for order preparation, spiritual work, and consecration before shipment.

This preparation period begins after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been received.

Our preparation process may include:

Handcrafting and preparing your spiritual products.
Spiritual cleansing, activation, and consecration.
Personalized spiritual work when applicable.
Final inspection and careful packaging.

The 4-week preparation period does not include USPS shipping transit time.

Shipping Carrier

All physical orders are shipped within the United States using USPS Priority Mail.

We do not currently offer Express Shipping.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Package weight
Package dimensions
Shipping destination
Applicable USPS Priority Mail rates

The shipping charge will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has completed preparation and has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take time to appear after USPS accepts your package.

Estimated Delivery

Please remember that our spiritual preparation period and USPS delivery time are separate.

Your total estimated delivery time includes:

Up to 4 weeks for preparation and consecration.
USPS Priority Mail transit time after shipment.

Delivery dates provided by USPS are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Correct Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, contact House of Restoration Spirituals as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after an order has shipped.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and relevant details.

For damaged items, please include clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review the situation and assist you with the appropriate next steps.

Spiritual Rituals & Services

Group rituals, custom spiritual workings, and other services that do not include physical products are not shipped.

These services are performed according to the descriptions and schedules provided in their individual listings.

Any physical products included with a spiritual service will be subject to the applicable shipping terms.
